Creative workshops for Jewish communities
CONNECT. CREATE. HEAL. GROW.
Hands-on art experiences led by Israeli artists that help young people explore identity, resilience, and connection to Jewish life and Israel.
THE 8 PROJECT WORKSHOPS
Creativity, Identity & Connection
The 8 Project is a creative healing initiative founded by Israeli artist Tomer Peretz that uses art to help individuals and communities transform challenges into expression, connection, and resilience.
Originally developed through work with soldiers and trauma survivors in Israel, The 8 Project now brings this creative approach to Jewish communities through hands-on workshops led by Israeli artists.
At a time when many young people are navigating complex conversations around identity, belonging, and Israel, these workshops create a space to express, create, and connect through art.
Participants come together to explore creativity, build confidence in their voice, and experience the power of making something meaningful as a community.
CURATED & DIRECTED BY TOMER PERETZ

Drawing from his personal journey through trauma, service, and healing, Tomer channels his experiences into art that transforms pain into purpose.
As both mentor and creator, he will personally lead and participate in most of the sessions - guiding participants through a process that merges art, emotion, and resilience.

Workshops' Goal
Empowering Jewish-American communities and our allies to create, heal, and reconnect to themselves, each other, and those they've been standing behind for over two years. serve as mentors.
