This hands-on gathering invites participants to bake challah together as a way to reconnect with Jewish tradition in a modern, meaningful way.About this experience
Join us at The 8 Project’s New York gallery for a New Year challah bake centered on intention, ritual, and community.
Hosted by Braided founder Tara Satnick alongside Nicole Shlomof, this hands-on gathering invites participants to bake challah together as a way to reconnect with Jewish tradition in a modern, meaningful way. The evening will include small bites curated by Chef Morgan Cirker.
Born out of a grassroots effort to support survivors in Israel, Braided grew from weekly challah bakes into a project focused on keeping Jewish ritual alive in contemporary life. In collaboration with The 8 Project, this event brings people together in a space dedicated to creativity, reflection, and shared experience.

Tickets: Early Bird $54 (through January 4) | $72 starting January 5.
Additional event details and the exact location will be shared via email closer to the event date.
