Born from the ashes of the devastating January fires, Even Heroes Pray stands as a tribute to those who run toward the flames while the rest of us run away. Created by artist Tomer Peretz, the piece was painted with oil and infused with charcoal collected from a burned home in the Palisades – transforming destruction into devotion.
To honor the courage of the firefighters of L.A. County Fire Department Station No. 8 in West Hollywood, 200 hand-signed limited-edition prints have been released.
Proceeds from each print will go toward building a new gym to support the physical and mental well-being of these brave first responders.
